Designed for children from 2 - 6 years
Bring the kids along for some educational fun exploring a new topic each month/term.
High in the Sky
This term, our youngest learners will explore the world high up in the sky and beyond as we discover animal and human flight, and what the two have in common. We then fly even higher, exploring the wonders of outer space! What will we discover?
Join us as Little Nippers explores each new theme with our exciting mystery object of the week, stories, games, and craft-based activities. What will you discover each week?
Designed for children from 2 - 6 years, Little Nippers encourages fun and discovery learning around a museum object.
Each week during school term, from February to December, the Little Nippers box is opened and an object is revealed. The children learn about the mystery object through story, dance, song and craft.
Participating families are then invited to the museum's Trackside Café to meet with other families.
