Discover the beauty of indigo dyeing — a time-honoured resist technique that transforms natural cotton into striking blue patterns through folding, binding and clamping before immersion in rich indigo dye.

In this creative session, you’ll design and dye your own textile artwork to take home, ready to become a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

In this workshop, you’ll explore a range of traditional methods, including:

• Arashi Shibori (pole wrapping) for dynamic, wood-grain effects
• Binding techniques using beads or marbles for organic patterning
• Itajime Shibori (board clamping) for bold geometric designs

Perfect for beginners and creatives alike.
