Queensland Museum Rail Workshops will be bursting with prehistoric fun as dinosaurs stomp, chomp and crash their way into the museum. Step into the shoes of a palaeontologist and bring your building, crafting, and problem-solving skills for a roar-some adventure these school holidays.

Dinosaurs didn’t leave us with selfies—so how do we know what they looked like? This holiday program invites you to discover how scientists recreate these giants of the past through the fossils and living creatures we see today.

Take on giant dinosaur puzzles, choose from a variety of dino-tails to wear in Play Central, get hands-on in fossil-making workshops and let your imagination run wild with story time, pyjama party films, and dino-themed arts and crafts.

All activities included with Museum admission and free for Annual Pass members.
