Can't make it to the museum? Enjoy watching great poems, fun facts and interesting activities at home.
10am - 10:45am
Recommended for ages 3 to 6
We're bringing the museum to life with our Little Learners object-based learning program.
Recommended for ages 3-6, this exciting program gives our early years audience the opportunity to get up close with real objects and specimens, act out a story, and have fun while learning through hands-on activities.
Our Little Learners presenter will guide children on an interactive journey to explore objects and themes related to the museum’s collections.
Little Learners is free! Spaces are limited, however no bookings are required. Families are encouraged to arrive at 9:50am for a 10am start.
Please note: Due to World Science Festival Queensland, there will be no session on Friday 8 May.
Tuesdays from 12 May – 2 June | 10am – 10:45am
Love Little Learners? There’s even more to enjoy! In Term 2, we’re adding four special bonus sessions on Tuesdays. These sessions include all the fun of our popular Friday program plus some exciting new additions.
