Experience vibrant art pieces celebrating the creativity and identity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students from across North Queensland.

This month's long art project led by local First Nations artists and mentors, lets students explore their culture, stories and connection to Country. Together, they design and create striking wearable artworks that express who they are and where they come from.

Gain valuable insight into the world’s oldest continuous living cultures, fostering understanding and reconciliation. The result is powerful art and imagery that proudly shares young people's culture, community and creativity with the wider public.

This project is an initiative of the Department of Education, North Queensland Region. Supported by Arts Queensland and funding partners Australian Schools Plus and Townsville City Galleries, Townville City Council.
