Gift vouchers can be used to buy tickets for Queensland Museum Kurilpa events and exhibitions, including SparkLab, SparkLab Annual Passes and Croc! Lost Giants to Living Legends.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed online via QTIX, over the phone on 136 246 or at the Queensland Museum Kurilpa Box Office. Just choose the amount you'd like to purchase, and you'll receive a digital gift voucher that you can print or share via email. Gift vouchers can be valued between $5 – $500.

Please note, Queensland Museum Kurilpa gift vouchers cannot be redeemed at the Queensland Museum Shop or Café. Queensland Museum Shop vouchers are available to purchase via their website.

By purchasing or redeeming a Gift voucher, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Gift vouchers are only redeemable for Queensland Museum Kurilpa exhibitions, events and SparkLab Annual Passes only and cannot be used in the shop, café, or exchanged for cash. If the ticket price of the chosen exhibition, event or Annual Pass exceeds the voucher value, the difference is required to be paid when redeeming the gift voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are redeemable in whole or part. Any remaining balance on your gift voucher may be used again using the same card number within the same validity period. Once your gift voucher number has been redeemed for a ticket, the ticket is subject to the Conditions of Sale. Tickets are not transferable to any other exhibition or event, unless the exhibition or event is cancelled.
