Step into Queensland Museum Kurilpa’s Discovery Centre for a multi-sensory journey into the natural world! 

Guided by a Queensland Museum Experience Officer, this immersive experience invites visitors to slow down, look closer and explore through touch, sound and storytelling.

Get hands-on with real museum specimens including skulls, shells, bones and taxidermy, as well as encounter some of our friendly insects. Engage your senses as you explore the textures, sounds and smells of nature and hear fascinating stories behind the creatures who call Queensland home.

Perfect for curious minds of all ages, this sensory tour encourages inquiry, connection and wonder.
