Queensland Museum Kurilpa, Brisbane will remain closed on Saturday 5 October following a temporary closure due to a burst water main, and will re-open on Sunday 6 October from 9:30am. All other Queensland Museum locations remain open as usual.

In addition to regional workshops, the Future Makers team presents teachers professional development sessions on-site at Queensland Museum Kurilpa — located in Brisbane's picturesque cultural precinct in South Bank.

Teachers will participate in hands-on activities and view exhibition content to finding engaging new ways to teach concepts such as percentages, cartesian planes, density, aspect ratio, Fibonacci sequence and data collection.
