School booking form
Bookings are required for all school and children's groups with 10+.
Use this form for all visits to Queensland Museum Kurilpa, including general visits or optional experiences such as SparkLab, touring exhibitions or school programs. Please submit one form per visit.
SparkLab sessions are 10am to 11:15am, 11:30am to 12:45pm and 1pm to 2:15pm.
Bookings are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation and your deposit invoice has been paid. Please allow five business days for our team to process your booking request. If you haven't heard from us after this time, please contact the Bookings Officer on (07) 3153 4401.
