Commemorate and reflect on the significant sacrifices made by the Anzacs with an afternoon of talks and tours in our Anzac Legacy Gallery, home to the A7V Sturmpanzerwagen tank known as Mephisto.
On display and reunited with Mephisto will be what is believed to be its original compass, brought back to Australia by First World War veteran Lieutenant Horace Lynch.
Learn more about the fascinating history of the compass and how it made its way back to Mephisto, along with other stories from the collection in a series of pop-up talks and tours.
The talks and tours are free and no bookings are required, however limited seating available.
