dynamic event series exploring real-world science, culture and history through
museum collections and exhibitions.
Program features:
- Interactive presentation with a museum expert
- Hands-on group activity where students work with real historical objects or
scientific specimens to build investigation skills
- Facilitated exploration and guided discussion through the relevant gallery or
exhibition
Themed programs are offered on select dates in Terms 2 – 4, with a rotating

of experiences, led by Queensland Museum scientists, curators and researchers.
These sessions align to curriculum content, bringing Science as a Human Endeavour to
life, with authentic examples of research processes, collaborations, technologies,
challenges, achievements and lifelong passion.
