2. Deposit: A deposit of $80 (flat rate per booking) OR 20% of the estimated total booking value, whichever is greater, is required to secure your booking.

3. Prices: All prices are subject to change. General museum entry is free of charge; however, charges apply for some exhibitions. SparkLab is a ticketed exhibition (GST-free). School programs led by museum staff are charged and include GST. A group discount to SparkLab and ticketed exhibitions applies for 10+ students or children only. A minimum charge equivalent to 20 students applies for all facilitated schools programs. There is no minimum for Museum Meet Up.

5. Notice of Cancellation: All cancellations must be advised in writing by email. Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of museum-initiated cancellation. If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days (30 days for Museum Meet Up) before the visit, only the deposit is forfeited. If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the visit days (30 days for Museum Meet Up), 100% of the estimated booking fee may be charged. If the student numbers drop below 10, the school will be charged for the minimum booking requirement (10 students).
