School booking form
Use this form to book your visit to Queensland Museum Kurilpa, including general museum visits and paid experiences such as SparkLab, touring exhibitions, and school programs.
Please submit one form for each visit.
SparkLab sessions run for 75 minutes and are available at:
- 10am–11:15am
- 11:30am–12:45pm
- 1pm–2:15pm
Please allow five business days for our team to process your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation once your request has been processed. If you have not received confirmation after five business days, please contact the Bookings Coordinator on (07) 3153 4401.
