Presented in partnership with the State Library of Queensland.
To commemorate Anzac Day, join Queensland Museum and State Library of Queensland professional staff for a special workshop uncovering stories of Queenslanders who played pivotal roles in the First World War.
Drawing on artefacts and personal treasures from both collections, students will explore the lived experiences of Queensland soldiers and nurses through trench art, uniforms, photographs, letters, diaries, and medals, providing a powerful link to stories of bravery, courage, mateship and sacrifice.
Lest we forget.
